Spend some time to find other people with similar interest as yours.
you can take a look at their Facebook profile. 
You Can Request a friendship with their Friends too.
Facebook recently is not showing people, that like the page. 
You can find those people under recent posts they made or if they like some of the posts or pictures.
You can Like the page, can be posting under relevant posts in this Facebook page, be polite, build relation with other people from this page.
You can see who are posting too.Send them a message to add you as a friend. 

You can do this in different ways.

for example you have similar interests and you would like to become a friend with them so you can share ideas.
Send simple, friendly, personalize message.Once they add you as a friend- build the relationship. You can like some of his/her posts.
